After a wild weekend that shook up the Top 25, the Big 12 and ACC both had big movers. TCU and Baylor jumped into the second and third spots respectively with big conference wins over . Duke knocked Georgia Tech out of the Top 25 and North Carolina State improved to 4-0 as the Atlantic Coast Conference went 5-5 in week four. West Virginia joins the Top 25, giving the conference a 20 percent share of the poll.
